1. Return conditions

Quality issues: If there are quality issues with the product, such as manufacturing defects or damage, you can contact us within 7 days of purchase to return it.

Return or exchange if you are not satisfied: You can apply for return within seven days after purchase, but the surface of the product must be kept clean and stain-free to ensure that it does not affect secondary sales, and the original packaging, accessories, hangtags, etc. must be included.

2. Return process

Review application: Our customer service team will review your return application after receiving it. For applications that are eligible for return, we will provide a detailed return process.

Return by mail: After passing the review, please send the product back together with the original packaging, accessories, hang tags, etc. Please note that if the return is due to product quality problems, we will bear the shipping costs, but if the problem is caused by you, the return shipping costs will be borne by you.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be credited back to your payment account.

3. Special instructions

Customized products: Customized products generally do not support returns without reason, but if there are quality problems, we will handle returns in the same way as quality problems.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for return. Details are subject to event rules.
